ItineraryFrance carries out consulting and support activities in the field of tourism, as well as booking services for travel companies.

The personal data collected via the website may notably include:

Recipients of the data
The data collected is intended for ItineraryFrance.
When the travel project results in a proposal or a booking of tourism services, certain data may be transmitted to MYWAY, an organising member of Collectif MYWAY, an operator registered with the national register of travel and stay operators under number IM059190009.
Data may also be transmitted, only when necessary, to the service providers and subcontractors involved in managing the request, booking, payment, organisation or follow-up of the trip.
ItineraryFrance and MYWAY undertake not to use personal data for any purpose other than those necessary for processing requests, performing services and complying with their legal or contractual obligations.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- the user's consent when they fill in a form or voluntarily provide their information;
- the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures when the data is necessary for studying, proposing, booking or following up a trip;
- compliance with applicable legal obligations;
- ItineraryFrance's legitimate interest in monitoring its requests, its clients and its business activity.
Data retention period
The information collected is kept for a maximum period of three years from the last contact with ItineraryFrance, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contract.
Where data is necessary for the performance of a travel contract, invoicing, proof of a transaction or compliance with accounting obligations, it may be kept for the legally required period.

Neither is loaded until you have given your consent, and only Google Analytics 4 cookies are then placed on your device.
In this context, some data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The website also uses Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our host Vercel, to measure page display performance. This tool sets no cookies and uses no identifier that would allow us to recognise you from one visit to the next: it therefore does not require your consent and does not appear in the cookie banner. No other measurement, advertising or targeting tool is installed on the website.
