General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the provision of travel consulting and planning services offered by Itinerary France.

2. Nature of services

Itinerary France offers two types of services:

2.1. Pre-designed trips

Travel programs already designed and available on our website. For these trips, our consulting service is included at no additional cost. We are partially remunerated through commissions paid by certain partners, at no extra cost to the client.

2.2. Tailor-made services

Creation or customization of a travel itinerary according to the client's wishes. These services are subject to consulting fees clearly indicated prior to any order.

3. Role of Itinerary France

Important: Itinerary France is not a travel agency and does not sell travel packages. We exclusively provide consulting, selection, and travel planning services.

• Booking their accommodations
• Booking their activities
• Booking their transportation
• Making payments directly to each service provider

4. Order process

1. The client submits a request via our contact form or by email
2. We analyze the request and send a proposal with a quotation for tailor-made services
3. The client validates the proposal and pays the consulting fees where applicable
4. We prepare the travel booklet with all booking links
5. The client makes reservations directly with the service providers

5. Pricing and payment

The prices of our consulting services are indicated in euros, all taxes included.

The consulting fees charged by Itinerary France are separate from the travel budget itself. The travel budget (accommodation, activities, transportation) is paid directly by the client to the relevant service providers.

Payment of consulting fees is made by bank transfer or credit card, prior to the delivery of the travel booklet.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the client has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the service contract. However, if the service has been fully performed before the end of this period, with the client’s express consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.

7. Liability

Itinerary France undertakes to provide high-quality consulting and planning services based on its expertise.

• Unavailability of accommodation or activities at the time of booking by the client
• Changes, cancellations, or issues related to services booked with third-party providers
• Weather conditions or exceptional events
• Booking errors made by the client

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to itineraryfrance@gmail.com. We undertake to respond within 7 business days.

9. Affiliate links

Our website may contain affiliate links to partner websites. When you make a reservation through these links, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

10. Modification of the GTCS

Itinerary France reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
