Preamble

The Itinerary France website, hereinafter referred to as the "site", is a trading name operated by ItineraryFrance, a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with capital of €300, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 107 150 435, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.

ItineraryFrance carries out consulting and support activities in the tourism sector, as well as booking services for travel companies.

These terms are addressed to adult individuals with full legal capacity. The consumer is hereinafter referred to as the "client". They apply to requests, proposals and bookings made through Itinerary France, hereinafter referred to as the "travel advisor".

ItineraryFrance is a member of Collectif MYWAY. MYWAY is a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with its registered office at 165 avenue de Bretagne, Euratechnologies, 59000 Lille, France, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 851 375 444, and listed on the French national register of travel and holiday operators (Atout France) under number IM059190009.

Collectif MYWAY, hereinafter referred to as the "organiser", manages bookings, invoicing and payment collection for each registration to a trip offered by Itinerary France.

Itinerary France acts as an independent travel advisor and member of Collectif MYWAY, supporting the client in designing, personalising and following up on their travel project. Tourism services booked as part of a package or organised trip are provided exclusively by MYWAY SAS, a travel operator registered with Atout France under number IM059190009, which concludes the travel contract with the end client.

Any booking of a tourism product offered through Itinerary France implies the client's full and unreserved acceptance of MYWAY SAS's Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed.

The applicable terms are those of MYWAY SAS

Trips are sold by MYWAY SAS, a travel operator registered with Atout France under IM059190009. Its own terms and conditions therefore govern your booking. They are published and kept up to date by MYWAY SAS, the sole publisher of the document: the link below always leads to the version in force, which is the binding one at the time of your order.
