Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of travel advisory and planning services offered by Itinerary France.

2. Nature of services

Itinerary France offers two types of services:

2.1. Free itineraries

Free itineraries published on our website, provided for inspiration. They are not turnkey packages. These free itineraries do not include in-trip support unless you purchase a paid Travel Planner Service.

2.2. Custom services

Creation or customization of a travel program according to the customer’s wishes. These services are subject to advisory fees that are clearly stated before any order.

3. Role of Itinerary France

Important: Itinerary France is not a travel agency and does not sell package tours. We exclusively provide advisory, selection, and trip planning services.

• Booking their accommodation
• Booking their activities
• Booking their transport
• Paying each provider directly

4. Order process

1. The customer submits their request via our contact form or by email
2. We analyze the request and send a proposal with a quote for custom services
3. The customer approves the proposal and pays the advisory fees if applicable
4. We create the travel book with all booking links
5. The customer makes their bookings directly with providers

5. Pricing and payment

Prices for our advisory services are listed in euros, including all taxes.

Advisory fees charged by Itinerary France are separate from the trip budget itself. The trip budget (accommodation, activities, transport) is paid directly by the customer to the relevant providers.

Payment of advisory fees is made by bank transfer or credit card, before the travel book is delivered.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date the service contract is concluded. However, if the service has been fully performed before the end of this period, with the customer’s express agreement, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

7. Liability

Itinerary France commits to providing a high-quality advisory and trip planning service based on its expertise.

• The unavailability of accommodation or an activity at the time the customer makes the booking
• Changes, cancellations, or issues related to services booked with third-party providers
• Weather conditions or exceptional events
• Booking errors made by the customer

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to itineraryfrance@gmail.com. We commit to replying within 7 business days.

9. Booking links

We do not offer affiliate links. Links (when available) are provided for convenience only, to help you book faster, with no extra cost for the customer.

10. Changes to the T&Cs

Itinerary France reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
