You tell us about your trip
A conversation by WhatsApp or email to understand what you want, your pace and your constraints. No form to fill in.
We design your itinerary
We take the time to understand what really matters to you. Then we build the itinerary, step by step, and send you a detailed quote.
You approve the quote
No booking is made and no final document is delivered before your approval. A deposit is requested at this stage to confirm your trip.
You travel, we handle the rest
All bookings are made. You receive a complete travel booklet before departure. We remain reachable during your stay if something does not go as planned.

Before you leave, you receive a document made for your trip alone. Your day-by-day itinerary, the addresses booked in your name, and what you need once you are there.
Each day fits on one page: the train time, the exact hotel address, the table booked for the evening, the car rental reference. The useful numbers are in there, and we stay reachable throughout your stay.

How much does it cost?
The budget depends on the length of the trip, the season and what the trip includes. Every trip page shows its starting price: it covers accommodation, along with the transfers, visits and guides that appear in the programme. Meals and international flights are yours to cover. For a fully bespoke trip, we start from your budget and tell you in the very first conversation what it allows. Itinerary design, reservations and support during your stay are part of the price, never billed separately.
How long does it take to design my trip?
It depends on how far along your project is. We first define with you what you want, your budget and the number of travellers. Once that is clear, allow 5 to 10 business days between our conversation and delivery of the complete itinerary.
I do not yet know where to go in France. Can you help me choose?
Yes, this is often one of the most useful conversations. A few targeted questions are usually enough to bring out what really suits you.
Can the quote be adjusted after I receive it?
Yes. After you receive your quote, we can adjust it according to your feedback, preferences or budget, before any confirmation and before bookings begin.
How does payment work?
A deposit is paid when the quote is approved, with the balance due once the bookings are delivered. Payment goes to Collectif My Way, of which we are a member: it is the operator registered with Atout France under number IM059190009 that sells the trip and enters into the travel contract with you. The sums you pay are therefore covered by its Groupama financial guarantee, and its professional liability is insured by Generali IARD.
Do you work for couples, families and friends?
Yes: couples, families, friends and solo travellers. The configuration does not matter; the approach adapts to each situation.
Can you work with a specific budget?
Absolutely. Budget is one of the first parameters we define together. It depends on the destination, the length of the trip and the number of travellers: the more of you there are, the more the driver, the guide and the private visits are shared, and the lower the price per person.
