For travel advisors and travel agents
You keep the client. You set your margin. We take care of France.
A France-based DMC for independent travel advisors. We design, book and operate private trips throughout France, while you keep the client relationship. Itineraries of 7 days or more, at a net rate or on commission, from your brief or from the itinerary you have already built.

Your contact at Itinerary France
I am the one who answers when a file comes from an advisor. I grew up in the South-West, I have worked in tourism and organised stays for travellers coming from abroad, and I work in French, English and Turkish. Send me the dates, how many people are travelling and what your client has already decided. You get an answer within 24 hours, often within a few hours.
You do not need to become a France expert
Send us your client's brief. We turn it into a France itinerary that is costed, bookable and run on the ground. You remain the advisor, we become your local team.

You set the selling price
- We give you a net rate.
- You decide what to charge your client.
- Your markup stays yours, and we never see it.
You invoice your client at your own price and pay the net rate to MYWAY. If you would rather not carry the file under your own name, there is a commission route instead. Either way the client stays yours, and we never go around you.
The short version
Private, tailor-made journeys, designed around your client's pace, interests and budget. We are the land operator on the ground, a DMC in France and not a booking platform. One party at a time and never a group departure. A private driver, a private guide-driver or a rental car: the formula is set file by file. The number of nights per region is set so each place keeps a full day, each hotel is chosen for where your client goes the next morning, and the landmarks are placed at the right moment of the day.

The France you are selling
One country, worked in depth. These are four of the regions a week can string together, and the drive between them is part of what we design.
How you work with us
You send the dates, the party size, the pace and the budget range. We build the day by day, we name the hotels and we give you one net price. You add your margin, you invoice your client, and the file travels under your name, travel book included. Your client never reads ours.
Net rate: you set your own selling price and keep your markup. Commission: we agree your commission on the file before anything is confirmed. Whichever you choose, your client gets the same trip. How you are paid and who builds the itinerary are two separate questions, and you answer them independently. Give us both answers in your first email.
What your client pays, what you keep
Your clients pay between €1,700 and €2,400 per person for the week, on a base of 4 travellers.
That covers the design of the file, the hotels and the bookings we make in France, restaurant tables included. Guides, admissions, a private driver and the car are quoted on the file and move the figure. Meals are paid on the spot.
The net rate is what you pay MYWAY, and it stays between us: it never appears on anything your client sees. What you add on top is yours.
It is a floor, not a grid. Season, party size and hotel standard move it, and every file is quoted on its own.
From brief to confirmation
-
You send the brief
Dates, party size, the pace your client wants, the budget range and whatever is already decided. An email is enough.
-
You receive the file and the net rate
If you sent a brief: a day-by-day itinerary with named hotels and one net price per person. If you sent your own itinerary: the same net price on your plan, with any change we think it needs. Valid for 14 days.
-
You price it for your client
You add your margin, you issue your own quote, and the net rate stays between us.
-
You confirm, you pay the net rate
Your written confirmation opens the file. Bank transfer to a French account or an international card, on the schedule written into the quote.
Bank transfer to a French account is the usual route. An international card is accepted. Deposit, balance and cancellation follow MYWAY's terms of sale and are confirmed in writing with each quote. Read MYWAY's terms of sale
What you can add for your client
The itinerary is the base. The rest of the file is yours to shape, and most of what follows costs one email.
- A welcome hamper waiting in the room, with wine and produce from the region.
- A private transfer from the airport, with the driver waiting at arrivals and the name on the board, and someone to meet your client at the hotel on day one if you want it.
- Extra guide days, a cooking class, a tasting with the winemaker rather than at the cellar door.
- A balloon at sunrise, a boat for an afternoon, a photographer for a morning: the day your client talks about afterwards.

Ask for anything you want on the file. If it exists in France, we price it.
The travel book
Every file can carry a travel book in PDF: the itinerary day by day, the addresses, the opening times, the booking references, the maps and the practical notes. Who produces it is your call, and it is settled when the file opens.
See an example of the travel book
We produce it under your identity: your agency name, your wordmark, your website and your own legal details. Your client reads your name in France, not ours.
For the first option, send us your own registration and insurance details. The book does not print without them.
You also decide who hands it over: you send it to your client under your name, or we send it for you.
You do not have to be in France to look after your client
A hotel gets something wrong, a train is cancelled, a restaurant booking has to move. It is the part of the trip you cannot supervise from another country, and the part that comes back to you when it goes wrong. Your client has a local team in France, and so do you: the people who answer are the people who built the file.
Before you leave
We reply to every message within 24 hours, often within a few hours.
During your stay
A direct line, given to you before departure. For a problem or a request, it is reachable at any hour; by message, we reply from 9am to 9pm. Every day of your trip.
A cancelled train, a hotel that gets it wrong, a booking to move: you call us, we sort it out.
French, English, Turkish, Mandarin.
Your client can call us directly, or call you and you pass it on. You decide which of the two when the file opens, and we hold to it for the whole trip.
Questions advisors ask
No. A file that arrives through you stays yours. We talk to you, and to your client only when you ask us to.
International flights and travel insurance stay with you, and so do the meals, which your client pays on the spot. Trains and domestic flights inside France we do book.
