How it works
A clear process, 100% by message (video only if needed), with a deposit and clearly defined deliverables.
Get in touch
You fill out the form (dates, length, budget, language, style). Reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
Scoping by message
We clarify your needs in writing (constraints, pace, priorities). If the project is complex, a short video call may be suggested.
Quote + collaboration framework
You receive a clear quote + Terms & Conditions (CGV): deliverables, timelines, included revisions, limits, support option. Adjustments if needed.
Deposit & kickoff
We start after the quote is approved + deposit paid (invoice). Payment by bank transfer (or Wise for international).
V1: macro plan + validation
Within 4–7 business days (depending on season): trip structure (stops, suggested areas to stay, realistic travel times), day-by-day priorities (without micro-details), what to book in advance, and a first budget estimate. You validate the direction or request adjustments via one consolidated message.
V1 feedback: structured adjustments
1 round of adjustments included: changes to the order of stops, pace, areas, and main activities. Once applied, the structure is locked and we move on to writing the final travel book. Any major change (new dates, adding a city, full redesign) requires an additional quote before execution.
Final delivery
Complete travel book (PDF) + shared Google Maps + booking checklist.
Payment by invoice (bank transfer / Wise). You pay providers directly (hotels, flights, activities): we never handle your travel bookings. Everything is confirmed in writing (quote, deliverables, timelines) for trust on both sides.
